Carrot cake

I love syrupy and mouth-watering desserts that leave my senses in a blissful state of sweet bliss.
This recipe was provided to me by my friend Evka, for which I thank her very much. It turned out to be a culinary splendor that was eaten at the moment. And given the combination of walnuts, cinnamon, sugar syrup, there is no way not to leave a piece for an afternoon coffee. Wow, what a rhyme it turned out.

One accent to pay attention to – this dessert does not need to be syruped, as carrots make it juicy enough.
And without much hesitation I proceed to the recipe.

Necessary products:

1 package of bark
5-6 large carrots / planed, blended or chopped in a chopper /
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet of cinnamon
2 packets of vanilla sugar / or only vanilla powder /
1 handful of walnuts
7-8 circles of biscuits / I broke them into larger pieces /
oil, raisins or Turkish delight

Method of preparation:

Take one sheet and fold it in two. Grease with oil, put the stuffing of the above products and roll.
This is how you proceed with all the crusts.
Bake at 180 degrees until ready in a moderate oven.
Sprinkle with sugar.
