Mini pancakes

There is no such taste, and the cooking options are wide enough to unleash your imagination and leave your “handwriting” and love.
Before proceeding to the recipe, I will introduce you to some interesting facts about the origin of pancakes.
The earliest known pancakes were made about 12,000 years ago from ground grains and nuts mixed with water or milk and baked on hot stones, and the ancient Greeks first mentioned them in poems from the fifth century BC.

The pancake recipe appeared in an English cookbook in the 15th century.
The Dutch cook their pancakes in the oven, getting a hybrid between a pancake and a souffle. Indonesians wrap them around coconut-sweetened meat. The British eat them with sourdough.
In England, the Great Pancake Day is celebrated, during which school chefs at Westminster Abbey prepare huge pancakes for the crowds of students. The boy who gets out of the pancake melee with the biggest piece of pancake also receives a prize
In Norway, Germany and the United States, there are tales of a running pancake, and in all of them it is finally eaten.

The pancakes that I prepared turned out thick (and not like the traditional ones – thin) and juicy. In this recipe I followed the rule 1: 1: 1 and a little oil, which saves oil on the pan every time you pour the pancake mixture, or in other words, the cup in which you measure the milk, you also use the flour.

Required products:

150 ml. milk
150 ml. flour
1 egg
1tsp oil
1 p. Vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

First beat the egg and then add the milk, flour, vanilla sugar and oil. I whip the mixture with a fork, but if you’re worried about lumps or, as my grandmother used to say, “wolves,” use a mixer.

Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, heat the pan and start pouring one tablespoon or less (depending on the desired size of the pancakes) and bake.
he garnish is your choice.

I made mine into a mini pancake cake and put a layer of honey, strawberry jam and banana fruit between them. I decorated the top with peach slices, a ball of ice cream and chocolate bars.

How do I know that my pancake is ready to turn?

My mini pancakes are thicker than the standard ones, so when baking, watch until holes are obtained and they acquire a golden color. This means that the mixture has become doughy and the top will not spill when turned.
