Mish-mash

Traditionally, mish-mash is made from chopped peppers and tomatoes, which are stewed in hot oil over medium heat. Peppers can be pre-roasted and peeled or cut raw. Eggs and cheese are added to the mixture to thicken. It is also possible to prepare the dish in the oven.
The recipe I will present to you is with fresh peppers and tomatoes cooked in a pan.

Necessary products for 3 servings:

1 large green pepper
4 tomatoes
4 eggs
1tsp paprika
salt, parsley, garlic clove, cheese

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the pepper and stew it in fat. After it softens, add the red pepper and fry.

Separately, pre-grate the tomatoes on a grater, which you will add to the pepper mixture after frying the pepper.

Simmer over low heat until the tomato sauce evaporates. When it boils, add the eggs.
Remove from the heat, finely chop the garlic and crush the cheese. Optionally decorate with parsley.
