Cauliflower with melted cheese

An autumn offer from me – Cauliflower with melted cheese. Some of you are probably aware that cauliflower can be eaten raw and not just cooked. So if you don’t feel like cooking, you can just crunch it like a salad.

I want to note that the nutmeg I used is not powdered, as it retains its taste better, but if you do not have a stack, it is not a problem to use a powdered version.

So, today I decided to present you this recipe.

Necessary products:

0.300kg. Cauliflower

For the sauce:

5 eggs
1 / 3p. pure oil
400 g sour cream
1 op. cream cheese type salami
nutmeg, salt
cheese

Method of preparation:

Divide the cauliflower into roses and boil it in salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Put the cauliflower roses in a pan and arrange cubes of butter, cream cheese and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.

Pour the sauce around the cauliflower molds and bake for 30 minutes.
