Kapreze salad

This is a salad that my loved one prepares for me with desire and love.
So I decided to take into account his work and my weakness for this delicacy.
Includes tomato, mozzarella, olive oil and basil.
The name of this breakfast comes from the island of Capri (Italy). Thanks to the red-white-green color (the colors of the national flag of Italy), caprese has become one of the national dishes of Italy.
The salad is very easy to prepare and does not require any time, given the simple products that are used.

Necessary products for 2 servings:

1 pink tomato
1 mozzarella
pesto
olive oil

Method of preparation:

Peel the tomatoes with a potato peeler and cut into circles.
Cut the mozzarella in the same way and start arranging, alternating vegetables with cheese.
Spread pesto between them.
After finishing the alternation, pour a little olive oil.
