Breakfast

I do not know what to call this recipe, so it leaves the choice to you – whether to use it as a breakfast or as an appetizer.

Necessary products for 2 servings:

2 slices of bread
4-5 mushrooms
1/4 green pepper
1 tbsp. lyutenitsa
shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese
oregano

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the mushrooms and peppers and fry.
Mix with the other products listed above and with this mixture “spread” the fillets.
Bake on a party grill or in the oven until the capsule melts.
