I love salad, especially in the summer when there is an abundance of vegetables.

This is the time when I eat on my stomach without worrying about unpleasantly exciting thoughts that now is not his season and it is advisable to consider where he looks at me.

In winter, I try to comply with seasonal fruits and vegetables, although my appetite is for a juicy red / pink tomato to bite and taste its juice as it fills my taste buds or a crispy cucumber cut lengthwise and salted on top. So let me nibble and remember my grandmother’s time in the village with her dirty hands and a quick-roaring cucumber, because my friends are waiting for me on the playground.

I didn’t expect grilled olives in combination with oregano to be so well matched in taste.

Necessary products for 2 people:

1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1/4 red onion
1/2 bunch green onions
white brined cheese cubes
grilled olives
salt, oil, oregano

Method of preparation:

Cut the vegetables and season them.
Sprinkle with salt and oregano on top.
