Starter with pear

Both juicy and tasty, and unusual

Necessary products for 4 servings:

2 large pears
50g blue cheese
125 g cream cheese
50 g grated Emmental
crushed walnuts

Method of preparation:

Wash the pears, cut them in half lengthwise and carve them from the seeds.

Bake in the oven with the peel facing up until the fruit softens slightly. Here the goal is that they are neither too hard nor too soft so that they do not fall apart when you put the filling. The other thing to keep in mind is that they will re-bake after you put the filling.

The filling – mix the three types of cheese and spread them on the pear. Bake for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with walnuts.

In order not to cost the appetizer “lonely”, you can add arugula with balsamic vinegar for color, fig with blue cheese mousse or sprinkle pomegranate seeds on a plate.
