Aromatic chicken wings in the oven

This is a recipe with my version of chicken wings.

Because I looked at different recipes for chicken wings in the oven and looked enough and it is still crunchy, and my recipe does not include crunchiness, but the end result is divinely fragrant, tender and juicy. Just lick your fingers :). They do not require much marinade and preparation, and their baking lasts about 30 minutes.
They turned out tender and with a crust, as I love them.

Necessary products:

0.500 kg. chicken wings
2 tbsp. ghorchitsa
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. hot red pepper
2 tbsp. oil.

For the sauce:

2 tbsp. yoghurt
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
wild garlic for splendor

For the mashed potatoes:

3 fresh potatoes
50 g of pure butter
dill, salt

For the salad:

2 pink tomatoes
1 packet of mini mozzarella
salt, olive oil, oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

If you are impressed, the recipe does not include the spice salt as an additive, as I use soy sauce, which provides enough salt to the chicken wings.
I flavor the wings and leave it in the marinade for a few hours. I fold the baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For the sauce:

Mix the products and set aside for 30 minutes so that the spices can “exchange” the aromas.
For the potatoes:

Boil the potatoes and when they are ready, peel them. Cut the pure butter and start mashing the potatoes with the pure butter. Season with salt to your liking and add dill.
As for the salad, you can either prepare it as a Caprese salad or, like me, in cubes, in a rustic way.
