Starter with eggplant

I will present you a very favorite Bulgarian recipe. With it you can mix with brandy or use it as a side dish to the much-loved meatballs.

Necessary products for 4 people:

2 pcs. medium-sized eggplant
1 tomato
1 plate of cheese
1 sprig of parsley
2 pcs. garlic cloves
salt, vinegar

Method of preparation:

As they are whole, wash the aubergines and put them in a yen pan and bake until ready at 200 degrees.

Once they are ready, cut them into small pieces and add the remaining products to it.
