Starter with zuccini
Zucchini – with it you can prepare both dishes and appetizers. Now I will show you an elegant and very fine snack that will enchant your guests.
I came up with this recipe a long time ago, when I did not think that I would ever have a website, and cooking would be my hobby and a way to relax from everyday life.
I present you the following recipe and I will enclose photos from my first experience with this appetizer
Necessary products:
1 zucchini
1 red / pink tomato
olive paste
lyutenitsa
crumbled cheese
salt, oregano, oil
Method of preparation:
Cut the zucchini into circles about 3 mm and spread each one with olive oil or oil in which you have put a pinch of oregano.
Bake in a pan or grill.
Mine are fried.
Peel the tomatoes (I do it with a potato peeler) and also cut them into circles.
You start assembling.
At the bottom put the zucchini, then comes the olive paste, a slice of tomato, zucchini, lyutenitsa and shredded cheese. For decoration you can finish with a leaf of parsley or dill
