Starter with eggplant2
I present you another snack with eggplant. The difference between the first and this is that the current one is dairy.
Necessary products:
1 eggplant
1/2 packet of cream cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream / I used 12% /
a pinch of salt, white brined cheese, parsley and raw walnuts
Method of preparation:
A very pleasant taste will be obtained if you have the opportunity to grill or barbecue eggplant, but since I do not have such an option, I used the oven.
Take a medium-sized eggplant and wash it. Put it whole with the crust and bake until ready at 200 degrees. I used a yen pan, which prevents it from sticking to the bottom.
Eggplant is ready, then, when you poke it with a toothpick to sink without resistance.
Cut into small pieces in a deep bowl and add the remaining products.
If desired, you can cut a clove of garlic.
