Quinoa and avocado salad

Yes, we have to keep the Bulgarian one, to preserve it and appreciate it as the flag, but like any novice chef, I like to test the limits of my culinary imagination and experiments.

I “swallow” this type of salad with a glass of white wine, on the beach in pleasant company. So do not hesitate to try it and I hope you like it.

What I found is that quinoa does not have the typical taste to define it, and you can experiment with it in the kitchen as you would with an avocado.

Here are the products it needs for 4 people:

1 bouquet of lettuce
1 tomato and / or cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
2 tbsp. boiled quinoa
1/2 well-ripened avocado
1 tbsp. mix raw seeds
parmesan flakes
salt, oil, vinegar

For the dressing:

1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. yoghurt
1/2 lemon

We start assembling the salad.
At the bottom put the green salad, which you pre-season. Then quinoa and pour the dressing.
It’s time for the tomatoes, cucumbers and finish with lettuce.
Arrange the sliced ​​avocado in crescents on top.
Sprinkle with seeds and parmesan.
