Heart cake

Capacity of the cup: 300 ml.
size of the forms for cupcake type “heart”: 11.7 x 4.5 cm.

Necessary products:

2 eggs
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp milk
1tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 vanilla

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs until doubled in volume and add the sugar. Continue to beat, gradually adding the oil, baking powder, vanilla and milk. Once the mixture is homogenized, start pouring from the flour that you have previously sifted.
Pour the finished cake mixture into a cake tin or divide it into a “heart” type pan as the mixture is for 3 pieces.
Bake for 10-15 minutes on low heat and then about 45 minutes on 170 g.
