HOMEMADE CAKE

This cake brings back such unforgettable childhood memories, in which my mother prepared the egg mixture, and I was looking forward to picking up the excess from the bowl and with blissful pleasure to lick my dirty fingers.
At home, I continued the tradition of preparing it, whether it is a holiday or a weekday, for breakfast or an addition to the cafe.
Here is my recipe for homemade cake.

Necessary products:

5 eggs / yolks and egg whites separated /

300 g of sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 ampoule of liquid vanilla

1 packet of baking powder /10 g /

150 ml. water

100 ml. milk

125ml. oil

500g flour

2tbsp cocoa

Method of preparation:

Separate the yolks and whites and beat them separately. Add the sugar to the yolks.
After beating the yolk mixture, add the oil, water and vanilla (if liquid) and beat again.

Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla (if powdered) and add to the egg mixture until completely absorbed and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the egg whites in portions, stirring slowly in one direction.

Pour part of the cake batter into a 26 cm form. and on it the cocoa mixture / mix the cocoa with a little of the cake mixture /, and pour the rest of the dough on top.
Bake at 170 degrees until dry.
