Peas with chicken

A classic recipe for a delicious meal.

Necessary products:

500 g canned peas / or raw /
6 lower chicken legs
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 medium carrot
1/2 can of chopped tomatoes
1/2 bunch dill
1-2 bay leaves
oil, salt, paprika, garlic cloves.

Method of preparation:

Put the chicken legs in a deep saucepan and cook by adding 1-2 bay leaves.

Stew onions, carrots and green peppers. Once softened, add flour and fry. Add the red pepper and fry again. Put the canned tomatoes and stir.

Separate the chicken legs from the boiling water and strain the broth.

Dilute the vegetables with the broth from the chicken legs to the desired density of the sauce. Add the chicken legs and season with salt, dill and 2 cloves of garlic.

Simmer for about 7-8 minutes and remove from the heat.
