White fish bread
Hake / hake / is a predator that lives in salt water, and its size is between 30 and 70 centimeters. As young they feed on crustaceans, and as they grow up with small and medium-sized fish.
Necessary products:
500 g chilled hake without skin
About the breading:
100 ml of beer
3 tablespoons flour
1tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 egg, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Prepare the mixture for breading. A thick slurry should be obtained. In the picture I show you what it should look like. Slightly thicker than pancake mixture. Don’t worry about the dark color of the breadcrumbs. After frying you will get a delicious and crispy crust.
Cut the hake about 3-4 fingers long, dip it in the mixture and fork with a fork in well-heated oil.
Fry until golden.
The garnish is optional.
