Pork steak in cabbage leaf

I present you a different recipe from pork with cabbage, which will surprise both your household and guests.
What did I do to get tender, juicy and delicious:
– I used neck steaks because they have juiciness due to the bacon they contain;
– for the sauce I took the cabbage juice. In this way it turned out pleasantly salty. So, if you use cabbage juice, do not salt the steaks so that they do not oversalt;
– Contrary to popular thinking, I poured a little red wine / let’s not forget that red wines are used for red meat, white – for white /. If you want it to be delicious, buy quality wine;
– I cooked them in my favorite casserole. There is no tastier dish cooked in a casserole.

Necessary products:

4pcs. medium-sized neck steaks
4pcs. cabbage leaves / from sauerkraut /
1 tsp cabbage juice
1/2 tsp Red wine
2-3 grains of allspice
1-2 bay leaves

Method of preparation:

Separate the largest leaves from the sauerkraut and cut the hard veins.

Take a steak and wrap it in leaves. This is how you prepare the other steaks.
Arrange in a saucepan and pour a little oil.
Add the spices and bake at 180 degrees for 1-1.5 hours. I had a horseshoe of raw sausage, I put it so that it does not become green :).
When they are ready, make a stuffing with red pepper and water. Bake for another ten minutes.
